LUXE Rewards — Privacy Policy

Effective July 2026. Operated by LUXE Signature Inc. (LUXE Beauty Studio), Port Perry, Ontario, Canada.

This policy explains what the LUXE Rewards app collects, how we use it, and your choices. We keep it short and plain.

What we collect

• Email address — required to sign in (we send a one-time code).
• Name — as provided or derived from your email, to personalize the app.
• Phone number (optional) — to match your account to your purchases at the salon so your points are added automatically.
• Birthday (optional) — only the month and day, to send a birthday reward. We never ask for your birth year.
• Rewards activity — your points balance, earning and redemption history, and referrals.

We do not collect payment card details, government IDs, or precise location in the app.

How we use it

• To run the rewards program — track points, redemptions, referrals, and birthday gifts.
• To send you transactional messages — sign-in codes and birthday rewards — by email.
• To operate and improve the app.

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run the app on our behalf: Cloudflare (secure hosting and database) and Resend (sending our emails). They process data only to provide these services.

Your points and the salon

Your rewards may be linked to your visits at LUXE Beauty Studio so points can be earned at checkout. This connects your app account to your client record with us.

Keeping your data

We keep your information while your account is active. Data is encrypted in transit, and your sign-in token is stored securely on your device.

Your choices

• Delete your account anytime in the app: Me → Delete account. This erases your points, history, and profile.
• Add or remove your birthday anytime in the app.
• Contact us to access or correct your information.

Children

LUXE Rewards is intended for users 16 and older.

Changes

We'll update this page if the policy changes and revise the date above.
